At Tanuki Martial Arts we provide an inclusive environment for people of all levels to benefit from the physical and mental components of Boxing and Kickboxing. Our mission is to promote a friendly and welcoming space for people to learn safely, develop their confidence and experience a sense of community.
We offer group boxing classes for all levels, as well as one to one boxing training. Boxing is an amazing form of exercise and will improve or add to your fitness. It develops cardiovascular, strength, muscle tone, coordination and reflex. It's an excellent stress reliever and and it's fun.
Our kickboxing program maintains many of the benefits of boxing training with the addition of kicks, which will further develop your coordination and flexibility. Our kickboxing classes are led by carefully selected coaches with many years of experience in western style kickboxing and traditional Muay Thai, ensuring that each workout will be different and challenging.
Boxing - Monday, Thursday at 6-7pm and Saturday at 11:30am
Kickboxing- Wednesday at 6-7pm
